My Work as a Solutions Builder
During my time at EisnerAmper, I worked as a Solutions Builder in the Solutions Department, focusing on creating technology solutions for governance, risk, and compliance (GRC). One of the standout projects I worked on was EnSiGn, a product I co-designed and built.
is a governance-based software solution that helps companies navigate their journey toward producing a compliant and verifiable CSRD+ESRS Sustainability Report—ready for board approval and external assurance. It’s built to not just meet complex compliance requirements but to make the entire process simpler and more transparent. This makes life easier for reporting professionals, risk and governance officers, supervisory bodies, and independent assurance providers. To create EnSiGn, I used Figma for design and a proprietary platform provided by the company.

EnSiGn seamlessly aligns with the CSRD and related ESRS standards, offering intuitive guidance and direct links to ensure compliance with sustainability reporting requirements. Additionally, it simplifies the concept of Double Materiality, providing clear support for assessing both impact and financial materiality. This ensures that a company can effectively report on the most significant sustainability matters stemming from their business activities and value chain partnerships.
Enable
EnSiGn is designed for seamless setup and tailored functionality, allowing an entity to configure the solution to fit unique profiles. Companies may assign tasks to specific roles, enable multi-user access with a clear preparer/reviewer audit trail, and monitor progress for a streamlined compliance experience.

It provides robust support for General Disclosures, covering governance and stakeholder engagement to establish a solid foundation for topical assessments and strategic sustainability reporting. EnSiGn also simplifies Double Materiality assessments, structuring the evaluation of impacts, risks, and opportunities based on the latest guidance and market practices, ensuring evidence-based results.

Companies can easily navigate Topical Disclosure Requirements by defining clear policies, targets, and actions while identifying and tracking material metrics, progress over time, and alignment with industry standards. With advanced data recording and reporting capabilities, EnSiGn offers insightful analysis of material matters, tracks compliance progress, and ensures readiness for disclosure requirements.
Evidence
EnSiGn ensures accountable sustainability reporting with a complete audit trail, logging every data entry, adjustment, and sign-off by user and timestamp, along with optional notes and reassignments. Additionally, you can enhance the standard Draft Sustainability Report and Audit Pack by adding customized templates, streamlining your path to meaningful and compliant sustainability reporting.
